MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Blueberry Cassis Sauce
      Yield: 1 Cup
      1 c  Blueberries
    1/2 c  Red currant jelly
    1/4 c  Sugar
      1 tb Water
  1 1/2 ts Cornstarch
      1 tb Lemon juice
    1/4 c  Creme de cassis
  Bring berries, jelly and sugar to a boil over
  moderate heat.
  Stir cornstarch and water until smooth. Add to pan
  along with lemon juice and cassis. Cook, stirring
  constantly, until clear, thick, and bubbly, about
  5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  If desired, force through a fine sieve into a
  small bowl. Serve the sauce warm or cool.
