MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Chicken Momi
      Yield: 12 Servings
      6    Whole chicken breasts; boned
           .. and pounded thin
    1/4 c  Butter
    1/4 c  Honey
      2 tb Soy sauce
      4 tb Sesame seeds
           Papaya slices; for garnish
           Lime slices; for garnish

    1/2 c  Light cream
      2 c  Soft bread crumbs
    2/3 c  Finely chopped onion
      2 cn (3oz) water chestnuts;
           .. minced
    1/4 c  Butter
    1/2 lb Ground veal
    1/2 lb Ground pork; cooked and
           .. drained
      2    Eggs
      2 tb Soy sauce
      2 ts Grated fresh ginger
    1/8 ts Cayenne
  Sauté onion and water chestnuts in butter. Pour
  cream over bread crumbs while onions cook. Combine
  all stuffing ingredients together.
  Sprinkle chicken with salt. Top each with a scant
  1/4 cup stuffing; roll up and fasten with
  toothpicks Place skin side up in greased baking
  Melt butter with honey and beat in soy sauce.
  Spoon over chicken. Bake at 325° about 45
  minutes, basting frequently with drippings.
  Sprinkle with sesame seeds; increase oven to 450°
  and bake 10 minutes longer, or until well browned.
  Garnish with papaya and lime slices.
  Makes 12 servings.
