MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Christmas Morning Pie
      Yield: 12 To 16
      1 lb Pork sausage with sage;
           .. cooked & crumbled
      1 c  (4oz) shredded Swiss cheese
      1 c  (4oz) shredded Cheddar
      2    Unbaked 9" pie shells
      6    Eggs; lightly beaten
    1/2 c  Chopped onion
    1/3 c  Chopped red bell pepper
    1/3 c  Chopped green bell pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine cheeses and sausage; divide into pie
  shells. Combine eggs, onion and peppers; pour
  evenly into shells. Bake until a knife inserted
  near the center comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes.
  Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
  Makes 12 to 16 servings.
