MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Corn Cobbler
 Categories: 
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      2 c  Diced peeled potatoes
    1/2 c  Chopped onion
  1 1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Pepper
      2 c  Water
      4 c  Fresh corn
  2 3/4 c  Milk; divided
    1/4 c  Sliced green onions
      2 tb Minced fresh parsley
      6    Eggs; hard cooked & sliced
      3 c  Biscuit mix
 
  Preheat oven to 450°. Grease a 131"x9"x2" baking
  dish.
  
  Bring potatoes, onion, salt, pepper and water to a
  boil; boil 5 mintues. Add corn; boil another 2
  minutes. Drain. Stir in 1 3/4 cups milk, green
  onions and parsley; pour into dish. Combine
  biscuit mix and remaining milk; brop by spoonfuls
  on top. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until biscuits
  are done.
  
  Makes 6 to 8 servings.
