      Title: Corn Mix

      Yield: 1 Mix
 
      2 c  Whole wheat flour
      2 c  Corn meal
      1 c  Nonfat dry milk powder
  2 1/2 tb Baking powder
  1 1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 c  Oil
 
  Combine all ingredients mixing well until oil is
  absorbed. Store airtight in the refrigerator.
  
  Makes about 6 1/2 cups mix.
