12 oz Fresh crabmeat
3 tb Bread crumbs
1 Egg, beaten
1 tb Flour

1 c Flour
1 Egg
1 c Water
Oil for frying
Soy sauce; optional
Mix crab, bread crumbs, and egg together well.
Roll into small balls with floured hands.
Refrigerate 30 minutes. Blend flour, egg, and
water together until well mixed; don't worry if
batter remains lumpy. Heat oil in dark skillet.
Dip crab balls in batter. Fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels. Serve with soy sauce if
desired.
