Title: Fruit & Nut Stuffed Pork Chops

6 Thick pork chops; with
.. stuffing pocket cut
1/4 ts Pepper
2 c Italian seasoned bread
.. crumbs; divided
1/2 c Peeled chopped apple
1/3 c Shredded cheddar cheese
2 tb Finely chopped pecans;
.. toasted
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Apple pie spice
2 tb Melted butter
1 c Orange juice; divided
Sprinkle chops with pepper; set aside.
Combine 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs with remaining
ingredients, except for 1/2 cup orange juice.
Stuff each chop and coat with remaining bread
crumbs.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place chops in a 13X9X2" baking pan and drizzle
with remaining orange juice.
Bake, covered, 20 minutes. Uncover and bake
another 30-35 minutes. Serve immediately.
