Title: Mountain Cabbage Slaw

3 lb Cabbage; finely chopped
1 Bell pepper; finely chopped
2 Onions; finely chopped
1 c Vinegar
1 c Oil
2 c Sugar
1 tb Salt
1 tb Celery seed
Combine vegetables. Bring remaining ingredients to
a boil; pour over cabbage. Mix well, cool and
refrigerate.
Keeps for 3 weeks. Best when 1 week old.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
