1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Thyme leaves
1/4 ts Onion powder
1/4 ts Paprika
1/8 ts Celery seed
1/4 ts White pepper
1/4 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Dried lemon peel
1/4 ts Ground black pepper
MMMMM-------------------HEALTHY HEART CHICKEN--------
2 tb Olive oil
2 Boned skinned chicken
.. breasts
1 ts No salt mix
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Snipped parsley
Cooked Rice or pasta
SEASONED MIX:
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight
container.
HEALTHY HEART CHICKEN:
Cut chicken breasts in half. Season and saute in
oil over medium high heat about 4 minutes per
side. Stir in the lemon juice, scraping up any
brown bits. Add parsley and serve over rice or
pasta.
