MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Omelet
      Yield: 1 Servings
      1 sl Bread
    1/4 c  Milk
      4    Eggs; separated
  Soak bread in milk to soften. Beat egg yolks until
  light and creamy. Add seasonings and softened
  bread. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into
  mixture. Pour into hot omelet pan or skillet and
  cook until set. Then put into hot oven for a few
  minutes to dry out the top. Serve immediately.
