Title: Prune Whip

1 1/2 c To 2 prunes
1/4 c To 1/2 powdered sugar
1 ts Lemon juice
2 Egg whites; beaten stiff
Cook prunes until soft and run them through a fine
sieve to get 1 cup pulp. Chill. Fold together
pulp, sugar, lemon juice and egg whites. Pile
lightly into bowls and chill. "If you can get
prunes into your kids this way, you're doing
better than I am. Try some sweetened whip cream on
