Title: Stuffed French Toast with Berry Sauce

8 oz Cream cheese
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Grated orange peel
1/4 ts Cinnamon
MMMMM------------------------FRENCH TOAST--------------
2 Eggs; lightly beaten
1/4 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla
8 sl French bread; 1" thick
MMMMM---------------------------SYRUP-----------------
1/2 c Cold water
1/4 c Maple syrup
2 tb Sugar
1 tb Cornstarch
1 1/2 c Blueberries
1. Beat filling ingredients; set aside.
2. Beat eggs, milk and vanilla. Cut a pocket into
the crust of each slice bread. Stuff each with 1
to 2 tablespoons filling. Dip in egg mixture
coating both sides. Fry on a hot greased griddle 3
to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
3. Bring water, maple syrup, sugar and cornstarch
to a boil; boil 2 minutes until thickened. Reduce
heat; simmer until berries are tender. Serve with
French toast.
