Title: Venison Porcupine Balls

1 1/2 lb Ground venison
1/2 c Rice; uncooked & washed
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
2 Stalks celery; diced
2 md Onions; diced
2 qt Tomato juice
1. Mix venison, rice, salt and pepper; form into
1" balls. Pack in a pressure cooker loosely. Add
onion to pan; cover with tomato juice. Cook 10
minutes at 10 lbs. pressure.
2. You may also brown in frying pan, then add to
vegetables and juice in a deep roaster and simmer
for 30 minutes.
