      3 tb Whole wheat white sauce
           .. mix*
    1/4 c  Milk
    3/4 c  Tomato juice
 
  *Separate recipe.
  
  Combine mix & milk to make a smooth paste. Stir in
  tomato juice, bring to a gentle boil for 2
