    2/3 c  Whole wheat white sauce
           .. mix*
    1/4 c  Milk, water or combination
    3/4 c  Tomato juice
    1/2 c  Shredded cheese
 
  *Separate recipe.
  
  Prepare white sauce using 1/4 cup liquid to make
  paste and tomato juice for remaining liquid. Stir
  in cheese until melted.
