Title: Wild Rice Stuffing

1 Loaf bread; dried and cubed
1 md Onion; chopped
1 ts Sage
1 tb Parsley
3 Or 4 stalks celery; chopped
2 c Wild rice; cooked
1/2 lb Butter
-=Melted with=-
1 c Water or stock
Apples; optional
1/2 c Raisins optional
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the bread,
onion, sage, parsley, celery and wild rice. Gently
mix in the melted butter and water or stock. Toss
in apples and raisins if desired. Carefully stuff
turkey or chicken; do not pack too tightly - keep
it loose or the stuffing gets sticky. If you don't
want to stuff the bird, bake the dressing
separately in covered casserole for about an hour.
This is very good!
