Title: Wine Sauce

Yield: 2 Cups
1/2 c Beef stock
1 Onion; peeled & quartered
1 Bay leaf
1/4 ts Sage
1 tb Cornstarch
1/2 c Wine
Bring stock, onion, bay leaf and sage to a boil;
boil 15 minutes. Stir in cornstarch, strain and
add wine.
Makes about 2 cups.
