MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Aunt Dodie's Butter Cream Cake
      Yield: 1 Cake
    1/2 c  Butter
  1 1/2 c  Sugar
      1 c  Milk
      1 ts Lemon extract
  2 1/4 c  Flour; sifted
  2 1/2 ts Baking powder
      3    Egg whites; well beaten
  Cream together butter and sugar. Add milk a little
  at a time. Add lemon. Gradually beat in flour and
  baking soda. Carefully fold in beaten egg whites.
  Turn into greased and floured pan and bake in a
  moderate oven until done.
