MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Baked Stuffed Fish
      Yield: 1 Servings
      1 c  Cracker and bread crumbs
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Pepper
      2 ts Onion; chopped
      1 ts Parsley
    1/4 c  Butter; melted
      1    Good sized fish
      2 sl Or 3 bacon
           Salt & pepper
  Mix crumbs, salt, pepper, onion and parsley
  together. Moisten with the melted butter and stir
  gently. Set aside.
  Clean and wipe the fish. Take out the backbone,
  and rub the fish with salt. Stuff, and sew
  together. Cut gashes 2" apart on both sides. Put
  narrow strips of bacon in the gashes. Rub all over
  with butter, salt and pepper. Dredge well with
  flour. Put in a hot oven without water. Baste when
  flour is browned and baste often.
