Title: Bing Cherry Sauce

1 lb Ripe bing cherries; stemmed
.. and pitted
1 c Red currant jelly
2 tb Cherry brandy

2 tb Creme de cassis
-=OR=-
1/4 c Either
Melt jelly; stir in brandy and cassis until well
blended. Pour over cherries; toss gently to coat.
Let stand at room temperature several hours,
tossing gently when you think of it.
