Title: Chafing Dish Crabmeat

2 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Capers
1 tb Prepared horseadish
1 ts Grated lemon rind
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Garlic powder
2 ds Hot sauce
1 lb Fresh crabmeat; drained and
.. flaked
Melba toast or toast points
In a saucepan combine the first 7 ingredients.
Stir in crabmeat gently. Cover and chill up to 1
day, if desired. Cook over low heat, stirring
gently, until thoroughly heated.( Do not boil.)
Pour mixture into a chafing dish and keep warm.
Serve with melba toast.
