MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Cheddar Beer Cheese
      Yield: 2 Cups
      1 lb Sharp cheddar cheese; at
           .. room temperature grated
      2 ts Worcestershire sauce
      1    Clove garlic; minced
    1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce
    1/2 ts Dry mustard
    1/2 ts Seasoned salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
    1/3 c  Beer; flat
  Process all ingredients; chill overnight. Bring to
  room temperature before serving.
