MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Cheese & Potato Soup
      Yield: 4 Servings
      2 tb Vegetable oil
    1/2 c  Chopped celery
    1/2 c  Chopped carrot
    1/2 c  Chopped onion
    1/2 ts Dried thyme
      3 tb Flour
      2 c  Chicken broth
      2 c  Milk
     10 oz To 12 peeled; diced Russet
           .. potato
      1 c  Packed shredded cheddar
           .. cheese
    1/2 c  Chopped ham
           Hot pepper sauce
           Chopped fresh parsley
  Cook celery, onion, carrot and thyme in oil until
  they begin to soften, about 5 minutes. Stir in
  flour and cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Slowly stir
  in broth, then milk. Add potato and bring to a
  boil; reduce heat and simmer until potato is
  tender. Add cheese slowly, stirring until melted.
  Stir in ham; season. Sprinkle with parsley and
