MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Chicken A La King
      Yield: 4 Servings
      1    Red pepper; seeded and
           .. halved
      2 tb Butter
  1 3/4 c  Finely sliced mushrooms
  1 1/4 lb Boneless chicken breasts;
           .. cut in 1/2" wide strips
      1 c  Light cream
      2 tb Whole wheat flour
    1/2 c  Chicken broth
      1 ts Seasoning salt
    1/8 ts Pepper
      1    Lemon, juice of
      1 tb Chopped parsley
  Blanch red pepper halves in boiling salted water
  for 5 minutes; drain and dice. Set aside. Melt
  butter in large fry pan. Add mushrooms and
  chicken; sauté 5 minutes, stirring often. Whisk
  cream with flour and broth, then add to chicken.
  Add red pepper. Simmer 5 minutes, adding a little
  more broth if necessary to form a creamy sauce.
  Remove pan from heat, season with seasoning salt,
  pepper and lemon juice. Sprinkle with parsley and
