MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Chicken Ala Stanley
      Yield: 1 Servings
    1/4 c  Butter
      1    Onion; sliced
      1    Chicken
  1 1/2 c  Water or stock
  1 1/2 tb Flour
    1/2 c  Cream
           Salt and pepper
  Melt butter and in it cook onion. Cut up the
  chicken into serving pieces and fry with onion for
  10 minutes. Remove chicken; add flour and blend it
  with butter till smooth. Add stock or water, put
  in chicken and cook till tender. Add cream and
  seasoning just before serving.
