MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Chicken Braised with Bacon & Potatoes
      Yield: 2 Servings
      2 lg Red potatoes; cut in 3/4"
           .. dice
      2 sl Bacon; cut in 1/2" pieces
      4    Skinned boned chicken
           .. thighs
      1 c  Frozen pearl onions; thawed
           .. and drained
    1/3 c  Chicken broth
    1/2 ts Thyme
           Chopped parsley
  Boil potatoes 4 minutes; drain.
  Crisp bacon. Transfer bacon to paper towels. Fry
  chicken, seasoned with pepper, in bacon fat until
  brown. Turn heat to low; add potatoes, onions,
  broth and thyme. Cover and simmer until potatoes
  are tender and chicken is done, about 18 minutes.
  Remove cover, sprinkle with bacon and cook until
  sauce is slightly thickened. Garnish with parsley.
