4 lg Chicken breasts
Salt; to taste
Pepper; to taste
1/4 c Butter
1/4 c Orange marmalade
1/4 c Dry white wine
Preheat oven to 400°.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place, skin
side up, in baking dish; bake 20 minutes.
Melt butter and marmalade; heat until bubbly.
Remove from heat; stir in wine. Pour over chicken
breasts. Reduce oven heat to 300°; bake until
tender and well browned, about 45 minutes, basting
twice.
Makes 4 servings.
