Title: Chicken Liver Pate

2 tb Butter
1/2 lb Chicken livers
2 Hard boiled eggs; peeled
3 oz Cream cheese; softened
1 tb Finely chopped parsley
3/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 tb Cognac
Melt butter in medium frying pan. Add livers and
cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Drain. Chop livers and eggs together
in food grinder or processor. With wooden spoon,
stir cream cheese until light and fluffy. Mix into
livers along with remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with hot
toast or crackers.
