      Title: Chicken Salad with Bacon
 Categories: 
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1 sm Head iceberg letuce
      1 sm Red pepper; cut in strips
      1    Cucumber; thickly sliced
      1 c  Whole small mushrooms
      2 c  Coarsely chopped cooked
           .. chicken
      2    Hard boiled eggs; quartered
      4 sl Crisply fried bacon; halved
      2 tb Wine vinegar
      6 tb Salad oil
           Salt to taste
    1/4 c  Mashed Roquefort cheese
 
  Tear lettuce into large pieces; place in salad
  bowl. Add red pepper, cucumber, mushrooms and
  chicken. Toss lightly, then top with eggs and
  bacon. Mix vinegar, oil, salt and cheese together
  well. Serve dressing on side.
