Title: Chocolate Liqueur

1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Water
1 1/2 c Vodka
2 ts Chocolate extract
1/2 ts Glycerine; optional
10 Whole coffee beans;
.. optional
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and water.
Bring to a boil over moderately high heat. Simmer,
uncovered, for 5 minutes. Let cool to room
temperature.
Stir in the remaining ingredients until smooth.
Funnel the mixture into a glass bottle; drop in
the whole coffee beans, if desired. Cover tightly.
Let mature for at least two weeks. Strain out the
coffee beans, if desired.
