MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Creamy Cauliflower Soup
      Yield: 6 Servings
      1 md Head cauliflower; broken
           .. into florets
           Water to cover cauliflower
    2/3 c  Chopped onion
    1/4 c  Butter
    1/4 c  Flour
      2 c  Chicken stock
      2 c  Light cream
    1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 ts Salt
      1 c  (4oz) shredded cheddar
           Minced fresh chives or
           .. parsley
  Cook cauliflower in water until tender; drain,
  reserving liquid and set aside.
  sauté onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour
  until bubbly. Mix in broth; bring to a boil.
  Reduce heat; stir in 1 cup cauliflower water,
  cream and Worcestershire sauce. Fold in
  cauliflower and salt. Stir in cheese until melted.
  Sprinkle with chives or parsley; serve.
  Makes 6 to 8 servings, about 2 quarts.
