MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Creamy Fettuccine
      Yield: 2 Servings
      6 oz Fettuccine
    1/4 c  Butter; melted
      2 tb Flour
    1/2 c  Half and half
    1/2 c  Water
    1/2 c  Freshly grated Parmesan
      2 ts Dried parsley
    1/2 ts Garlic powder
    1/2 ts Coarsely ground pepper
    1/2 ts Poppy seeds
    1/4 ts Salt
  Combine butter and flour until smooth. Cook 1
  minute, stirring constantly. Add half and half and
  water gradually and cook, stirring, until thick
  and bubbly.
  Stir in remaining ingredients, melt cheese and
  toss with cooked and drained noodles.
