      Title: Fancy Style Peas

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      2 tb Butter
      1 sl Bacon
      2 c  Peas; fresh shelled
      8    Tiny onions
    1/4 c  Cream
           Salt & pepper
 
  Cook butter and bacon for 5 minutes. Remove bacon,
  add peas and some water; boil about 15 minutes.
  Also boil onions in a little salted water. Crumble
  bacon. Drain peas and onions. Combine peas, onions,
  bacon, cream and seasonings. Heat through and
  serve.
