MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Fried Parsnips
      Yield: 4 Servings
     12 md Parsnips (about 3/4lb.)
    3/4 c  Breadcrumbs
    3/4 ts Salt
      1 ts Pepper
           Oil for frying
  1. Cook parsnips in boiling water to cover until
  tender; about 20 minutes; drain and cut into thin
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Coat
  parsnips; fry in 3" oil heated to 375., a few at
  a time, 1 minute. Drain; serve hot.
