Title: Fried Shrimp

12 oz Beer
1 c Flour
1 tb Salt
1 tb Paprika
Dash hot pepper sauce
2 lb Shrimp; cleaned
Oil for frying
Pour beer into large bowl. Mix flour salt, paprika
and hot pepper sauce with beer; blend well. Coat
shrimp with batter just before frying. Heat oil to
375°. in deep skillet or deep fryer. Fry shrimp, a
few at a time, until golden brown and crusty.
Drain on paper towels. Transfer shrimp to heated
platter; serve at once.
