MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

      Title: Frozen Orange Cups
 Categories:
      Yield: 8 Servings

      8 Navel oranges
3 pt Orange sorbet and/or vanilla
           .. ice cream
1/2 c Alize or orange liqueur
           Mint leaves; for garnish

Cut a tiny sliver from the bottom of each orange
so they will not wobble. Cut off top quarter from
each orange. Scoop out flesh with a grapefruit
spoon and a sharp knife. Reserve for another use.
Rinse shells; pat dry with paper towels. Freeze
  tops and bottoms until firm.

Half fill shells with sorbet and/or ice cream.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon liqueur into each; fill with
remaining ice cream. Replace tops. Freeze until
  serving time.

At serving time, garnish with mint, if desired.

Note: Vary this recipe to suit your taste. Try
chocolate ice cream and orange liqueur or lemon
sorbet and Cherry Herring liqueur, for example.

Hugs's Note: How about Chocolate Fudge and
  Chambord......
