      Title: Garlic Roasted Potatoes

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      3 tb Melted butter
      3 tb Olive oil
      4    Cloves garlic; minced
      4 md Baking potatoes, cut in 1"
           .. pieces
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1/3 c  Grated Parmesan
 
  Toss all ingredients except cheese together in a
  13X9X2" metal pan. Bake at 500°. 25 minutes or
  until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
  Sprinkle with cheese, bake another 5 minutes.
