MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Garlic Soup
      Yield: 4 Servings
      2 c  Water
      1 c  Peeled garlic cloves
      1 c  Chopped peeled potatoes
      1 c  Chopped carrots
           Salt and pepper to taste
           Whipping cream; optinal
  Boil water, garlic, potatoes and carrots. Cover,
  reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are
  tender, about 20-25 minutes. Puree. Season.
  Reheat, if needed. Drizzle with cream, if desired.
