MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: German Potato Salad
      Yield: 1 Servings
      3 sl Bacon; diced
      1    Egg
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Sugar
    1/8 ts Dry mustard
      2 tb Vinegar
      2 c  Cooked potatoes; diced
      2    Eggs; hard boiled
      1 sm Onion; chopped
  Put bacon in a cold skillet and fry slowly until
  it's very crisp and brown. Remove bacon from pan.
  Beat egg a little, slowly add vinegar and
  seasonings; mix well. Gradually our into bacon
  fat, stirring constantly and cook till smooth and
  thick. Pour hot dressing over hot potatoes; mix
  quickly with the remaining ingredients and serve
  immediately. It's not too good cold, you know.
