      Title: Glazed Baby Carrots

      2 tb Unsalted butter; melted
      1 lb Baby carrots; cooked and
           .. drained
      2 tb Fresh orange juice
      1 tb Light brown sugar
    1/4 ts Cinnamon
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Black pepper
 
  Combine all ingredients and cook until carrots are
  glazed over high heat, about 2 minutes.
