Title: Gramma's Good Pie Crust

Yield: 1 Servings
1 1/2 c Flour; sifted
1/4 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts To 1 salt
2/3 c Lard or shortening
3 tb Sugar; if desired
1/3 c Cold water; about
Sift together dry ingredients. Add fat and cut
with two knives or pastry blender until mealy.
Stir in water until pastry leaves the sides of
bowl. Divide into 2 balls. Roll one to fit the pie
tin, use the other for the top of the pie.
