      Title: Horseradish Dressing

      1 c  Heavy cream
      1 tb Grated Horseradish
      2 tb Lemon juice
           Salt & paprika
 
  Beat cream till quite thick; add horseradish. Pour
  in lemon juice slowly, stirring constantly.
  Season, serve very cold. This is especially good
  with tomatoes.
