MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Italian Zucchini Cauliflower Soup
      Yield: 8 Servings
      2 md Onions; finely diced
      2 md Turnips; finely diced
      4 md Carrots; finely diced
      6 c  Chicken stock
      1 sm Cauliflower; cut into tiny
           .. florets
      1 md Zucchini; thinly sliced
      3 lg Tomatoes; quartered*
    1/2 c  Sliced okra
  1 1/2 c  Water
      1 c  Very thin noodles; cooked
      2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
      1 tb Soy sauce
  *Or 2 pints.
  sauté onions, turnips and carrots in 1 cup of the
  chicken stock in a large saucepan 20 minutes or
  until tender. Add remaining ingredients except
  noodles, cheese and soy sauce. Simmer 25 minutes
  more. Add noodles, cheese and soy sauce. Simmer 10
  minutes and serve.
  Makes 8 servings.
