      Title: Jalapeno Cocktail Pie

      3    Jalapeno peppers; seeded &
           .. chopped (up to 4)
      1 lg Onion; finely chopped
      1    Clove garlic; minced
      1 lb Cheddar cheese; shredded
      6    Eggs; beaten
 
  Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9" square pan.
  
  Sprinkle peppers, onion and garlic in pan. Top
  with cheese; pour eggs over. Bake until firm,
  about 30 minutes. Cool; cut into 1" squares to
  serve.
  
  Makes 6 dozen 1" squares.
