      Title: Lutefish with Rice

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      1 c  Rice
  2 1/2 lb Lutefish
           Water
      1 c  Cream
      1 tb Butter; melted
 
  Cook rice. Boil lutefish until done. Flake, remove
  bone, mix with rice, season to taste. Put in a
  baking dish and cover with cream and butter. Bake
  until nice and brown. That's it.
