      Title: Marinated Cole Slaw

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1 lg Cabbage; shredded
      1 md Green pepper; finely chopped
      1 sm Red pepper; finely chopped;
           .. optional
      1 md Sweet onion; finely chopped
      1 c  Sugar
      1 ts Salt
      1 ts Dry mustard
      1 ts Celery seed
      1 c  Vinegar
    2/3 c  Oil
 
  Combine vegetables. Bring remaining ingredients to
  a boil; pour over cabbage. Let cool to room
  temperature, then chill 24 hours.
