      Title: Mashed Potato Casserole

      Yield: 10 Servings
 
      5 lb Potatoes; cooked and mashed
      6 oz Cream cheese
      1 c  Sour cream
      2 ts Onion salt
      1 ts Garlic salt
      1 ts Salt
        pn Pepper
      2 tb Butter
 
  Beat all ingredients until light and fluffy. Pour
  into a large greased casserole, dot with butter
  and bake at 350°. 30-45 minutes.
  
  Makes 10 servings.
