      1 c  Celery; diced

    1/2 c  Lowfat yogurt
      2 tb Fresh orange juice
    1/2 ts Diced fresh tarragon
    1/4 ts To 1/2 Dijon mustard
    1/8 ts Pepper
 
  Combine dressing ingredients and toss with
  remaining ingredients.
