1 c Red wine
1 ts Rosemary
8 Cloves garlic; diced
1 c Water
6 Green onions; cut 1"
Chopped parsley

Bring mushrooms, wine, rosemary, garlic and water
to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add
green onion and cook to reduce liquid by one
third. Serve sprinkled with parsley and pepper.
