MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Mustard & Sage Grilled Chicken
      Yield: 4 Servings
    1/4 c  Minced fresh chives
    1/4 c  Chopped fresh thyme
    1/4 c  Sage pesto
    1/4 c  Dijon mustard
    1/4 c  Fresh lemon juice
      1 ts Extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 ts Grated lemon rind
      4    (6oz) skinned chicken breast
           .. halves; with bone
           Vegetable cooking spray
           Sage sprigs; optional
  Combine chives, thyme, pesto, mustard, lemon
  juice, olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl and
  stir well.
  Spread 1/2 cup pesto mixture over both sides of
  chicken, cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 to 4
  Prepare grill. Place chicken breast, bone side up,
  on grill rack sprayed with vegetable cooking spray
  and grill 40 minutes or until chicken is done,
  turning occasionally and basting with the
  remaining 1/4 cup pesto mixture. Garnish with sage
  sprigs, if desired.
